The clonings of Banner TEST and DEVL have been rescheduled to Monday, 8/19/2013 and Wednesday, 8/21/2013, respectively. The databases will be unavailable during those times.
In order for the cloned databases to contain a full and complete payroll cycle, TEST will be cloned from a backup copy of production FAUP taken at 9:00pm on 8/9/2013. DEVL will be cloned from a backup copy of TEST taken at 9:00pm on 8/13/2013.
Banner TEST will be unavailable for most of the day Monday, 8/12/2013, in order to perform a clone from a backup copy of production FAUP taken at 9:00pm on 8/9/2013.
Banner DEVL will be unavailable for most of the day Wednesday, 8/14/2013, in order to perform a clone from a backup copy of TEST taken at 9:00pm on 8/13/2013.

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 08/08/2013 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Description of maintenance: On Thursday August 08, 2013, OIT will update the Identity Manager to create Google Application accounts for all users by default.

We are currently experiencing a telephone issue at the FAU SeaTech campus location. Incoming calls to the SeaTech campus and outbound local calls from the campus are not working properly. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue.
