ffice of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Tuesday, 11/20/2012 from 11:30PM to 12:00AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

When: 11:30PM – 12:00AM
Affected Services: Master Calendar
Affected Systems: events.fau.edu
Description of Maintenance: We will be uninstalling the old version and installing the new version of Master Calendar
User impact: Brief interruption of the master calendar can be expected during the upgrade

When: 11:30PM – 11:45PM
Affected services: Domain Controllers
Affected systems: Domain Controllers
Description of maintenance: Phase 1: The four primary domain controllers on the Boca campus will be assigned an additional IP on a DMZ network
User impact: None

The network maintenance scheduled from 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. this morning has been completed.

Communication Infrastructure will be performing network maintenance tomorrow morning from 5:30 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. in order to resolve some network instability issues encountered over the past week. It is possible that network communications may be briefly interrupted during the maintenance.

Banner DEVL & TEST will be unavailable during the banoradev maintenance tomorrow from 7:00pm – 8:00pm.

WebFOCUS & ReportCaster migration of the ibiweb server from Solaris to Linux and the upgrade of WebFOCUS to version 7.7.03 has been completed successfully. All WebFOCUS and ReportCaster services are once again available.
