Banner production FAUP will be unavailable this Friday (8/3/2012) morning from 3:00am to 10:00am in order to complete Phase II of the fiscal year end roll process.
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 07/26/2012 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
When: 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Affected services: VoIP servers
Affected systems: VoIP servers
Description of maintenance: OIT will change a parameter in the VoIP servers for system forwarding
User impact: No end user impact is expected. There should be no outage in phone service as this is only a parameter change. The window will be used to the test the changes.
A patch will be applied to Banner production tomorrow morning, 7/26/2012 (originally scheduled for 7/19/2012). When logging into INB for the first time tomorrow, a pop-up window will appear requesting you to accept the new Ellucian certificate. Please select the “always trust” check box.

The Echo360 system will be undergoing maintenance on Friday, July 20 from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM in order to improve video load times and responsiveness of the web interface that faculty use to upload course videos.
Students will be unable to view Echo360 course videos during this maintenance window. Typically these videos are accessed by students from within Blackboard courses.
Also, faculty will be unable to upload new course videos during this time.
ePrint was successfully updated and is now avialable.
Windows patches have been installed on hvdav01, hvjup01, and medadmission-vm. All services have been restored.
