Blackboard was offline between 8:45 pm and 9:30 pm. Same problem as earlier. We are still awaiting a solution from the manufacturer.

Blackboard was offline between 12:45 pm and 1 pm this afternoon. We are investigating why the service stopped responding.

Blackboard is currently down, we are working to restore service.

Blackboard Restart @ 5:00 am

Blackboard was stopped and started at 5:00 am. This restart enabled a fix that will improve Blackboard’s stability. Downtime was approximately 3 minutes.

Blackboard is online and we are contacting Blackboard Inc to investigate why the service experienced this error. Blackboard was unavailable from approximately 4:00 pm until approximately 4:45 pm.

Blackboard is currently down, we are working to restore service.

IRM Systems Maintenance, Thursday, Sept. 29 from 1:00AM to 7:00AM

IRM will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deem necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 09/28/2011 from 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM during IRM maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

When: 1:00AM – 7:00AM Affected Services: Banner Financial Aid 8.12 Affected Systems: Banner Production Description of Maintenance: Banner Financial Aid 8.12 is scheduled to be installed in production FAUP this Thursday morning from 1:00am – 7:00am. There is a possibility that the database may be rebooted during this time. Please deactivate any AppWorx jobs that are scheduled to run at that time. Service Interruption: Yes

Service Interruption: Yes, intermittent periods.

SSL Certificates: 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM Affected Service: LDAP servers Affected Systems: ldapboc0, ldapboc1, ldapdav1, ldapftl1, ldappsl1, ldapjpt1, ds0p, ds1p, ds2 Description of maintenance: We will be restarting the ldap servers twice to enable new ssl certificates. Service interruption: No, all critical systems are load balanced, we do not expect any downtime related to authentication or dhcp.
