Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 10/09/2014 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window.

The Echo360 service has been restarted and users have access to all materials via Blackboard and ESS.

Echo360 will be intermittently unavailable from 6:30 am – 7:00 am.
The Echo360 service needs to be restarted to eliminate tapestry cache corruption within ESS. During the downtime, users will be unable to access ESS, the EchoCenter Portal, view Echo recordings, or publish any captures from the Personal Capture application.
