We are working with the vendor to find the exact cause of this issue and correct it ASAP.

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 08/31/2017 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window.  In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Description of change:  OIT will be applying new updates to the accounts.fau.edu website.
Downtime window start: 5:00 AM
Downtime window end: 5:30 AM
Affected services: Accounts Self-Services portal – accounts.fau.edu
Affected systems: BigIP, boc22oimwebp1, boc22oimwebp2
Expected End-user impact: During this time, users might not be able to claim accounts or reset their passwords.
