Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 03/15/2018 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window.  In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Description of change: OIT will be making some security changes to enhance the compatibility of web browser connectivity.

Expected End-user impact: During this time, we do not expect any end user impact as this will only be adding the root certificate to the star certificate already in BigIP​

Description of change: Systems will be updating the configuration version of several virtual machines at our disaster recovery site.

Affected services: The following services will only be affected at our disaster recovery site. No services at Boca or partner campuses are expected to be impacted: DNS, LDAP, Account Management, SSO for Microsoft Services, Internal IT Tools​
Affected systems: bigipnw, dnsnw1, jenkins, ldapnw1-el6, lintalon1nw, madcatdr, metadatadr, nautilus, nwadfs, nwadfsp, nwchessboard, nwnasmvi, nwrdcnaconv, nwrdcvcenter1​
Expected End-user impact: During this time, no end-user impact is expected

Description of change: OIT will be restarting Mysql on wordpress to restore replication after upgrade.
Downtime window start: 6:00 AM
Downtime window end: 7:00 AM

Expected End-user impact:  During this time, WordPress may be unavailable for a few minutes during mysql restart.  We will be restarting (mysql) both WordPress Boca and NorthWest.
