OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. April 5 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 04/05/2018 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window.  In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
Banner Maintenance
Description of change: OIT will be upgrading several Banner modules during the FAUP maintenance window on Thursday, April 5, 2018. These modules include: Student, Account Receivable, Self-Service, Web Tailor, and Web general
Downtime window start: 3:00 AM
Downtime window end: 7:00 AM
Affected services: Banner and Self-Service
Affected systems: Banner 8x
Expected End-user impact: During this time, users may not be able to connect to Banner

Single Sign On Maintenance

We will be performing a short update to the Single Sign On System at 5 am Thursday the 5th. Some services may experience a brief (less then one minute) period where authentication fails. These include but are not limited to Internet Native Banner, OwlDone, Banner Self Service, and Starfish.
