Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 04/04/2019 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Description of change: OIT is applying changes to UAchieves to resolve a production issue where it shows certain students have been exempt from the Civics Literacy Test when they actually have not. This will involve restarting UAchieves.

Expected End-user impact: During this time, user may not be able to run Audits during restart.

Description of change: OIT is upgrading production SCCM and the Windows ADK to the most current versions.

Affected services: All SCCM related services including OS and Application deployment, patch management, system management, SCCM reporting.
Affected systems: SCCM server
Expected End-user impact: During this time, access to SCCM and all SCCM-related services will be unavailable while the upgrade is performed.
