RESOLVED – Transcript Touchnet payment – error messages

We are currently experiencing an issue with the Transcript payment processing through Touchnet credit card system.  When paying for your official Transcript, an email with an error is being sent out of a failure.  Please hold off at this time on requesting or resubmitting your request.  We are currently looking into this and will update once we know more.  Sorry for this inconvenience this may cause you.
