Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 12/19/2019 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Description of change: OIT will apply a required Financial Aid patch and one administrative pages release to be in compliance with Winter registrations

Expected End-user impact: During this time, Banner will be offline while the patch is being installed.

Description of change: OIT will update the JDBC library on all Banner Tomcat web servers.

Expected End-user impact: During this time, services listed above will be unavailable.

Description of change: OIT will be performing server maintenance on the Splunk log server. This maintenance will not affect any end-user services.

Expected End-user impact: During this time, no end-user impact is expected. This will only affect OIT users using Splunk for log management and the Police Department using this system for log management. Affected groups will be notified.

Description of change: OIT will be migrating an on-premises encryption service to a cloud based solution.

Expected End-user impact: During this time, there is no impact for those using Office 365 (click 2 run). For those using Office 2016/2013, they will either need to upgrade to Office 365 pro plus or run a migration script to continue using RMS to protect documents.
