OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. Oct 29 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 10/29/2020 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Description of change: OIT will be enabling additional controls for Teams to allow users to select a higher level of security

Description of change: OIT will be upgrading Papercut production from 20.0.0 to 20.0.4 in order to fix a bug that is in the 20.0.0 software.

Expected End-user impact: During this time, users will not be able to print using the FAU Pay-for-Print service.

Description of change: Create a process to purge Banner sensitive info such as SSN, driver’s license records, direct deposit records of non-students, non employees, and applicants that applied more than five years ago.
