Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 12/03/2020 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Server Upgrades – Pay-for-print (Papercut)
Description of change: Papercut will be migrated from the current production environment to a new production environment. As part of the upgrade, please take note: Papercut will be offline for 3 days, from 12/2/2020-12/4/2020, while all hardware and software is upgraded and tested.

Downtime window end: 12/4/2020 5:00 PM
Affected services: Papercut printing.
Expected End-user impact: During this time, users will not be able to use Pay-for-print (Papercut) services
