[RESOLVED] TouchNet Systems Maintenance, Friday, March 26th from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

The TouchNet payment processing system will be undergoing maintenance -Starting from 3:00am to 7:00am (EST) Friday, March 26th. This affects student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace Stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner payment services. We expect all systems to be back online no later than 7:00 am (EST) that morning. When the system is back up and ready to go, we will notify you. You may wish to place warnings on your website, or take your store offline. If this scheduled downtime creates a conflict for your operations, please feel free to contact us at FIS@fau.edu for further discussion. Expected End-user impact: During this time all student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace Stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner payment services will be unavailable during this maintenance cycle.

[RESOLVED] – Help desk system – Service interruption

This morning we received confirmation from Teamdynamix that this issue has been resolved and services have been fully restored.

Teamdynamix is experiencing issues with their DNS provider. This may cause issues connecting to helpdesk.fau.edu and helpdesk.fau.edu/tdnext.

OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. March 18 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 03/18/2021 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Expected End-user impact: No impact is anticipated. We have profiles enabled that will allow users to login to services they are authorized to.

Downtime window end: 3/23/2021 7:00 AM
Affected services: ​vhealth, BHRIC VDI
Expected End-user impact: There should be no interruption of service. However, some virtual machines may experience slower performance until the host comes back online and re-balances the virtual machines.

Service outages reported for Microsoft 365

Microsoft is currently experiencing issues with their Azure and Office 365 services. Teams calls/meetings may fail amongst other things. Microsoft is working to resolve the issue

WORKDAY 2021R1 – Inbox and Notification Count Not Updating After Action (known issue)

Please note that Workday has identified an issue that is causing the count of inbox and notifications to not change after taking action on an Inbox item or marking a Notification as Read

In the WD 2021R1 Release there is a defect in Cross Application Services, Notifications and Alerts, User Experience

Workday has provided a workaround for this defect until they have corrected the problem. They recommend that you refresh your browser to see an updated count of inbox and notification items.

We will provide an update as soon as we receive one from Workday.

Currently Mediasite catalogs and channels may not be available. Direct presentation links appear to be working. OIT and the vendor are working to remedy this issue.
