[RESOLVED] System Outage – Help Desk Ticketing


The help desk ticketing system is back online. The vendor is monitoring the system to make sure it is stable.


We are currently experiencing issues with our help desk ticketing system. We have contacted our vendor and they are investigating the issue.

Network Registration Upgrade

Network Registration for wireless and wired networks was upgraded this morning. If you experience any issue registering computers, printers or other devices please submit a ticket to the Help Desk.
