Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 02/26/2015 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Update incoming email component of helpdesk software
When: 6:00AM – 6:15AM
Affected services: Emails sent to helpdesk (Team Dynamix)
Affected systems: boc22tmdynamix
Description of maintenance: OIT will be updating the Team Dynamix Email Service to a newer version to support the current version of Team Dynamix
User impact: Emails sent to the system will be delayed as the email service is upgraded
