Mediasite will undergo scheduled maintenance January 25, between 1:00am and 5:00am EST. Extended downtime is not expected. However, the site may be unavailable for brief periods during this time.

Search based functions are functioning normally.

Mitigation steps have been taken, and we continue to monitor the situation. Search based operations are currently functioning normally.

Mediasite is aware of issues within the US Mediasite Video Cloud environment, and are working on a fix. Some users may experience slow results and timeouts from search based functions, including My Mediasite, Channels, and Showcase.

Some users may still have trouble accessing Mediasite as configuration changes propagate across the Internet. Restarting your browser/computer or clearing your DNS cache may help.

Investigating – The vendor is investigating a potential issue in the Video Cloud environment and will provide more information when possible.

Access to Mediasite has been restored

Direct links to Mediasite presentations are inaccessible and reporting a configuration error. OIT is aware of the issue and actively working with the vendor towards a solution.

Mediasite Channels accessed via Canvas appear to still be operational.
