We will be performing maintenance on Blackboard from 5:00 am to 6:00 am, Thursday June 2, 2016.  Blackboard may be intermittently unavailable during that time.

Blackboard will be unavailable from 4am-6am, Thursday May 26, 2016 for System Maintenance.

We will be performing an update to Blackboard.  Blackboard will be unavailable on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from Midnight – 9am.

We will be performing emergency maintenance on Blackboard between 3am and 5am, Thursday, April 28, 2016.  Blackboard may be intermittently unavailable during this time.

Users may get an intermittent error stating “Service Temporarily Unavailable.” In most cases refreshing the page will resolve the issue.

We are working with Blackboard to resolve the issue.

We are currently working with Blackboard Support investigating reports of multiple issues including:

• Difficulty copying and moving content
• A pop up message stating “Batch Already Loaded”
• Difficulty loading the Grade Center
• Inaccurate results in course reporting

Update: The course reporting is still not working correctly.  We believe that we have the other listed issues resolved.  If you continue to experience a problem please submit a ticket.

Blackboard will be unavailable from 3am to 4am, Thursday, December 17, 2015 for System Maintenance.

The Blackboard plagiarism service, SafeAssign will undergo a planned maintenance on Friday, December 4, 2015 from 12:00am US EST until 6:00am US EST.  There may be periods of brief interruption or latency to some of the SafeAssign functionality.  Papers will proceed as usual, but with the possibility of a slight delay for intermittent periods until the SafeAssign maintenance is completed.
