Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 11/07/2024 from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
Banner Maintenance
Description of change: OIT will be performing maintenance on Banner from 12:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. on Thursday 7th November. Banner will not be available during this time.

Description of change: OIT will be performing maintenance on the graduate app, undergraduate app, and Banner from 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. on November 7th. During this time, access to Banner as well as admissions applications will be unavailable.

Microsoft has confirmed an outage which is impacting AT&T users. If connected to AT&T, you may experience issues accessing FAU sites that use Single Sign-On, or any Microsoft Office 365 application.

We are currently investigating why certain MyFAU modules may not properly load. If a part of the MyFAU page will not load properly, refreshing may resolve the issue.

UPDATE: The password sync issue has been resolved and users can proceed with changing their passwords.

We are currently experiencing some issues with password changes not synchronizing to all systems.
OIT is investigating the issue and we hope to resolve the issue as soon as possible. During this time, we ask that you refrain from changing your password.

The Success Network (EAB Navigate) system is currently experiencing slow loading and navigating within the system. The vendor has been notified and we will post an update as we have additional information.

We have identified and resolved these issues. Login to uAchieve and Office Apps has been resolved.

After our single sign on upgrade we have identified that users are receiving Access Denied when trying to access uachieve. We also have identified that logging into Office apps on Windows for the first time is giving a white screen. We recommend logging into Office apps via the web until we update this status.
The issue with logging into the library information systems has been resolved.
We are currently debugging and will update this post as we have a status.
