Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 07/22/2021 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Beginning today users signing into the Active Learning tool known as Top Hat, will be required to use their FAU login. The first time doing so they will be prompted to merge their FAU login with their existing Top Hat account (regardless of whether or not that account used their FAU email address). Zoom has resolved the issue causing users to be unable to start and join Zoom Meetings and Webinars.
Zoom has received reports of users being unable to start and join Zoom Meetings and Webinars. They are currently investigating and will provide updates as they have them.

When trying to access Canvas, users may get a 504 Gateway Time-Out error.
This has been reported to Canvas and they are currently investigating the issue.
