Password reset issue has been resolved and we are now able to reset passwords again.

This only affects those that do not know the current password and must have the password reset by the OIT Help Desk.

Echo360 has successfully upgraded to 5.4, SP7.
ESS is accessible for users and viewership of Echo360 presentations is fully functional.

OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. July 23 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 07/23/2014 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
When: 5:00AM – 5:45AM
Affected services: Blackboard
Affected systems: Blackboard
Description of maintenance: OIT will be updating the LiveText Building Block for Blackboard to fix an issue preventing instructors from linking their Blackboard courses with LiveText
User impact: We do not expect any downtime unless we need to restart, though a restart should not be necessary. If a restart is necessary the servers can be restarted individually so Blackboard would still not be down.

Single Sign On Updates Friday June 19, 2015 3am – 5am
The Single Sign On system will be upgrade Friday June 19, 2015 3am to 5am. During this time users may not be able to access services such as Banner Self Service, Network Registration Blackboard, Owl Applications, and the Help Desk.

The Office of Information Technology is investigating reports that a small number of users are receiving an error message when logging into Blackboard. If you receive a message referencing shibsp:ListenerException please submit a Helpdesk ticket at https://helpdesk.fau.edu/
