Echo360 Emergency Service Restart 4:45-5:00 PM EST

To whom it concerns:

Echo360 will be intermittently unavailable from 4:45-5:00pm EST.

The Echo360 service needs to be restarted to free a blocked thread that is preventing content from being ingested.

The 5-10 minute service restart will affect only:

**Instructors currently logged in and navigating ESS
**All users currently viewing previously captured Echo360 video recordings
**Any external media uploaded to ESS during the down-time window

A restart of the Echo360 service will not affect any captured classes currently being recorded.
All content will continue to be captured from the local Echo360 SCHD devices during the downtime.
