Currently, Mediasite presentations and channels are inaccessible via Canvas. OIT is working with the vendor on a solution and will provide more information as it becomes available.
Mediasite will be updating Mediasite Video Cloud to the latest release during their scheduled maintenance window on February 24, between 12:01 AM and 4:00 AM CST. Extended downtime is not expected. However, our site may be unavailable for brief periods during this time.
There is a nationwide cellular outage that impacts AT&T customers.

We are currently working on restoring the uAchieve service. Students trying to run degree audit from Banner will encounter issues and staff members using the administration side of uAchieve will also not be able to pull up audits. Once we know more about the issue we will post an update. Thank you.

We are currently experiencing an outage with our Banner production environment. Our team is currently working to restore the service to normal performance levels. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 02/08/2024 from 12:01 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Banner Maintenance
Description of change: OIT will be performing maintenance on Banner from 1:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. on February 8th. Banner will not be available during this time to allow the Ellucian support team to install the updates.

OIT has received reports about sign-in/licensing issues with Acrobat Pro 2020. We have confirmed this is an issue on Adobe’s end and they are investigating the issue. We will update once they have resolved the issue.
