Some users may experience difficulty connecting to the wired and wireless networks this morning. We are investigating the problem and will update this post regularly.
We are currently experiencing issues with VoIP phones on the Boca campus and dialing our peer campus extensions from Boca. We are working to resolve the issue

The issue with Xpressions / Voicemail has been resolved
The vendor is actively working on the FAU Xpressions / Voicemail issue. There is no ETA at this time.

We are experiencing a hardware failure which has resulted in the unavailability of the following services:
DHCP and netreg on FTL campus
Also affected by the outage are AD Domain services, DNS, and LDAP (supporting netreg) however we expect these services to still be available as they are currently being provided to FTL by other campuses.
There is no ETA for service restoration at this time. We will update this post as soon as we have more information.

We are currently experiencing an issue with Xpressions / Voicemail system for all campuses. The vendor has been notified and there is no ETA at this time.
Network upgrade bldgs. 98-99 completed
On Monday, July 22, 2013, between 5:00 am and 6:00 am, The networking department will migrate the uplinks to the data switches in buildings 98 and 99 (Innovation Village) on the Boca Raton campus. This upgrade will cause an interruption to the FAU network in the Innovation Village Apartments.
