We have a network specialist onsite. Repairs are in progress. Only network connectivity on the 1st floor of ES building is affected by this issue. Still no ETR at this time.

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 04/04/2013 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window.  In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

DEVL, TEST & ODST unavailable

Banner DEVL & TEST and ODST will be unavailable Tuesday 4/2/2013 from 6:00pm to 10:0pm in order to install firmware updates to the banoradev and odstest servers.

[Resolved] VM migration taking longer than expected for lintalon0, flashgordon, dhcpboc0

[Update 8:27] All services are operational now

 

The following systems are currently unavailable as their migration operations are taking longer than expected:

flashgordon

 

dhcpboc0

The affected services are:

outgoing email distributions for IEA and Talisma (flashgordon)

sso.fau.edu and all sites which use CAS authentication (Google Apps, lists.fau.edu, Phone Bill, Network Registration, etc.)

We expect these systems to return to service within the hour.

[Update 8:05AM] – flashgoron has returned to service. We expect lintalon0 and all sso affected services to be available in the next 20 minutes
