The Banner TEST database will be set to roll back either next Tuesday (12/13/2011) or Wednesday (12/14/2011) to a timestamp of next Monday morning (12/12/2011) at 8:00am. This means that any updates made to the TEST database after next Monday (12/12/2011) morning at 8:00am will be lost. Please plan accordingly.

Starting Tuesday 12/13/2011 Networking Dept. will be upgrading the network equipment in Bldg 55 PS Physical Science Building. The work will be done during the maintenance window 5:00am to 7:00am. No network outage is expected during normal business hours. Work will be completed Friday 12/16/2011.

IRM will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 12/08/2011 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during IRM maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted: When: 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM Affected Service: Blackboard Affected Systems: Bba1, Bba3, Bba5, Bbm1 Description of Maintenance: We will be moving these systems to different virtual machine hosts, to facility the creation of a Hyper-V cluster. Service Interruption: Yes brief interruptions of service are expected for Blackboard

Parature is intermittently unavailable. Parature is aware of the issue and are currently working to resolve this issue.

The SharePoint (sharepoint.fau.edu) web interface has been restored.

Operator please post: E_mail alias file got corrupted earlier causing some e-mail messages to bounce. The issue has been resolved.
