On Saturday, May 1 from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., the University PhoneMail (voicemail) system will not be operational due to scheduled maintenance. NWRDC has reported that the SFTP server, vm-sftp-02.nwrdc.com, is currently down with a hardware failure. This does affect all Appworx and other production jobs doing Secure FTP from/to that server. Server was restored.
Network upgrades to cause a five-hour service outage in the Student Housing Services Building and the Housing Assistants’ Building on the Boca Raton campus: On Thursday, March 25, from 5 to 10 p.m., IRM will upgrade the networking infrastructure in the Student Housing Services Building (#46) on the Boca Raton campus. Extended periods of inaccessibility to network services in both the Student Housing Services Building and the Housing Assistants’ Building (#18) will be experienced during the time frame outlined above. Telephone service will not be affected.
Please report any problems through normal channels. If your building consultant is not available, call CSI Support Services at 561-297-6235 during and/or after normal business hours, as we wish to keep end user inconvenience to a minimum.
