OIT has traced the problem related to tonight’s Blackboard problem to the database which supports the Blackboard environment. As a result, it degraded the performance and caused the application to become unavailable. Full service is expected to be restored by 9:30pm.

[RESOLVED] Redirect for new help desk system not working properly

The redirect is now working as intended; however, we are now experiencing an issue with single-sign on (SSO) for the help desk system. We are working on resolving the problem as soon as possible.
