Resolved: Echo360 Service Restart

The issue that was causing ESS to be unavailable has been resolved.

ESS navigation, publishing of  Echo presentations, and  media presentation edit functionality within ESS have been restored,  as well as viewership of Echo360 presentations to all users.

All OIM services should be up and running.

Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Maintenance

Data is still being moved.  Services should be accessible within the hour.

 

OIM maintenance is running longer than expected.  No ETA at this point, will update status shortly.

Description of maintenance: Moving storage for OIM production database (OIMP) to another aggregate in NetApp SAN.​
User impact: ​Users will not be able to reset their passwords or claim accounts during this time.
