OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. February 25 from 3:00am to 7:00am

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 02/25/2016 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window.  In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Update and restart of Linux servers
When: 3:00AM to 6:00AM
Affected services: Password sync, account creation and claiming
Affected systems: boc22ora07 (OIMP), boc22ora03 (MSOP, IDMP), boc22oimp1, boc22oimp2, boc22oimwebp1, boc22oimwebp2
Description of maintenance: Due to a critical patch that needs to be installed on all Linux systems, we will need to restart the production OIM and IDM database and application servers
User impact: Passwords will not synchronize during this time so we recommend not changing your password until after the maintenance window is done.

Update and restart of MyFAU
When: 3:00AM to 6:00AM
Affected services: MyFAU
Affected systems: MyFAU
Description of maintenance: OIT will restart the database servers for MyFAU due to new patches being installed.
User impact: Users will not be able to access MyFAU during this time.

Update and restart of Linux servers
When: 3:00AM to 6:00AM
Affected services: Banner: Selfservice and INB
Affected systems: bannerprd, sctcache[1-8], sctforms[1-2]
Description of maintenance: Due to a critical patch that needs to be installed on all Linux systems, we will need to restart the production banner database and application servers
User impact: No access to banner
