Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 03/16/2017 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Description of maintenance: OIT will continue with Phase 2 upgrade of Crashplan backup service
User impact: Backups will not work during the upgrade

Description of maintenance: OIT will be migrating from the depreciated dirsync to Azure AD Connect for syncing accounts between AD and Office 365
User impact: No end-user impact is expected

When: 6:00AM – 7:00AM
Affected services: Appworx production
Affected systems: enzo
Description of maintenance: OIT will update Apache httpd from 2.4.10 to 2.4.25
User impact: Users will not be able to launch the web applicaiton during the update

College of Nursing SharePoint Site Collection Migration
When: 8:00PM – 9:00PM
Affected services: College of Nursing SharePoint Site Collection and any subsites – https://sharepoint.fau.edu/nursing/
Affected systems: On-Premises SharePoint
Description of maintenance: OIT will be completing the migration of the College of Nursing SharePoint site to Office 365.
User impact: Users will need to update any bookmarks, saved links, and any calendars that point to https://sharepoint.fau.edu/nursing/
