Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 09/20/2018 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Description of change: OIT will make some updates to uAchieve system.
Downtime window start: 5:00 AM
Downtime window end: 7:00 AM
Affected services: uAchieve degree auditing system
Affected systems: uAchieve server
Expected End-user impact: During this time, the uAchieve website will be temporarily unavailable.

Server maintenance (IP Change) – FAU website
Description of change: We will be changing the IPs of the webnet servers (4-8) from 10.50.65.x to 10.19.40.x
Downtime window start: 5:00 AM
Downtime window end: 6:00 AM
Affected services: The FAU website may be inaccessible for a second while the load balancer sends users to the next available server.
Affected systems: webnet servers
Expected End-user impact: During this time, we expect minimal to no user impact as we will be making changes one server at a time.
