Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 10/10/2019 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. NuPark to Banner Payment Integration Update
Description of change: OIT will apply some updates to the integration between Banner and NuPark to automatically zero out charges in NuPark when charges are sent to Banner.

Expected End-user impact: During this time, users who’s parking and traffic tickets have been sent to banner will no longer be able to pay their bills in NuPark. Those individuals will instead have to make their payments in self service Banner.

A network hardware failure took the BHRIC’s Virtual Desktops offline on Saturday the 5th. We have resolved the issue and are currently testing services to make sure they are online.
It has come to our attention that the Parking account system is experiencing various errors. Users attempting to pay fines, or check the status of their account may receive an error message. If this occurs please try back later.
