OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. May 13 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 05/13/2021 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Description of change: ​OIT will be performing server maintenance on several core systems. During this time, access to the network registration system, Banner, Degree Auditing, Transcripts, payments, and reporting systems may be unavailable

Application update – Cisco Meeting Servers
Description of change: ​The videoconferencing servers will undergo routine maintenance and will be unavailable.

Affected services: Hardware (non-zoom/webex) Videoconferencing
Expected End-user impact: Servers are used internally only – on-prem bridging will be disrupted, but no events are scheduled. Backup infrastructure is available if needed
