OIT will be performing network maintenance affecting the Boca Raton campus on Wednesday March 9th from 12:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. The Boca Raton campus will experience a series of short network disruptions during this maintenance.

The network maintenance scheduled for this morning has been completed.
Network Maintenance – Jupiter, Fort Lauderdale and Seatech Campuses – Tuesday March 8th from 12:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m.
OIT will be performing network maintenance on the Jupiter, Fort Lauderdale, and Seatech campuses from 12:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. on Tuesday March 8th. During this time the affected campuses will experience short network disruptions lasting a few minutes.
[Network Maintenance] Davie and HBOI Campuses – Monday March 7th from 12:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m.
OIT will be performing network maintenance on the HBOI and Davie campuses from 12:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. on Monday March 7th. During this time the affected campuses will experience a short network disruption lasting a few minutes.
Classroom PC Zoom Issues
When using the in-room computers in Boca classrooms, some instructors may experience a Zoom issue that causes their session to end prematurely.
*This is not affecting all users/classrooms.* We have identified the issue and are working towards a resolution.
If you are in a physical classroom and experience any issues with Zoom, please report the problem to the AV Support team via the phone number listed in the classroom or by submitting one of the Help Desk requests linked here. Then, try a temporary workaround by either restarting your computer and disabling Zoom’s “hardware acceleration” settings OR by using Webex or Microsoft Teams.
OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. March 3 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 0/0/2022 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
Description of change: OIT is performing an upgrade on a data storage server that may affect some FAU websites on www.fau.edu.

Description of change: OIT will be changing the SPAM policy for 365 users
