OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. Oct 5 from 12:01AM to 7:00AM

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 10/05/2023 from 12:01 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:


Server upgrade
Description of change: OIT will be upgrading a server supporting the OIM system

BHRIC Server maintenance
Description of change: Research Computing will be performing maintenance on the BHRIC Domain Controllers

Clean-up of Banner data
Description of change: Ellucian, a third-party vendor, will clean up data in certain Banner tables that is more than 280 days old.

eTranscripts to print with special characters
Description of change: OIT will update to allow eTranscripts to print if a student’s high school or post-secondary record in Banner contains a special character
