Scheduled Maintenance and Changes

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) will be performing routine systems maintenance, including but not limited to server reboots, security updates, configuration changes, and infrastructure upgrades during approved maintenance windows. The following systems and services may be impacted:

Student Information & Reporting Server UpgradeWed, July 29, 9:00 p.m. – Thu, July 30, 12:00 a.m.Operating system upgrade supporting student information retrieval and reporting services. Affected services include Banner ODS, reporting dashboards, data warehouse refresh processes, and Oracle DB connections to ODSP, FAUDW, and IEAP. Staff and various departments may experience service interruptions during the maintenance window.
