Canvas is fully functional.
Several Canvas functions are currently experiencing issues. Users may experience errors accessing several parts of the Canvas LMS and its integrations (e.g., Mediasite, Lucid, Follett, etc.). Update 10/30/2025 @ 1:30 am: The issue with Microsoft Copilot has been resolved.
Users may experience difficulties accessing Microsoft Copilot Chat, particularly when using a web browser. Microsoft has confirmed this is a widespread issue affecting many users. We will provide additional updates as soon as they become available.
Canvas is showing a “Failed to Log In” error message for users. Our team is aware of the issue and working to resolve as soon as possible.
Update 9:43 AM: Canvas login functionality has been restored. Please contact the OIT Help Desk at 561-297-3999 if you continue to experience issues.

Mediasite is aware of issues impacting video playback in the Video Cloud environment. Mitigation steps have been taken, and there has been no occurrence of the issue over the past several hours. Playback is currently functioning normally at this time.
Yesterday’s service degradation appears to have been mitigated, although Zoom is still reporting sluggishness with Zoom Whiteboards.
Zoom has resolved the issue, and the older recordings are now processing successfully.
Zoom has identified service degradation over multiple services and is working on a resolution.
