We are experiencing a network outage at the FAU Ft. Lauderdale campus. A large fiber cable was cut due to ongoing construction in the area. A fiber repair crew is on site and actively working to correct the issue.

The telephone system core battery will undergo maintenance on Wednesday, August, 8, 2018 beginning at 12:00 am until 4:00 am.
During this time, there will be intermittent disruption of inbound and outbound telephone calls.
In the event of an emergency, the FAU police department can be reached at 561-271-5163 by using a cellular or other non-FAU phone.
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 08/02/2018 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window.
