Telecommunications will be performing and emergency reboot of the Xpressions/Voicemail servers tonight 6/15/2012 starting at 5pm through 7pm. During this time users will not be able to leave or listen to messages.
We are updating our videoconferencing management system today. There may be intermittent downtime of some of our videoconferencing back-end servers. There are no conferences scheduled for today that will be affected. We should still be able to connect in conferences during this time if any are requested.

Telecommunications will be performing an emergency reboot of the Xpressions/Voicemail servers in tomorrow’s maintenance window. This reboot will take place between 5am and 7am and during that time users will not be able to listen to or leave messages on the system.
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 06/14/2012 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Affected services: EMS
Affected systems: sql05vs, fauweb1
Description: EMS has released monthly patches for EMS, VirtualEMS, and MasterCalender, apps and databases. Also the Plan a meeting web service will be installed on fauweb1 in the EMS site.
User Impact: EMS will be online, but some user sessions may be interrupted during service restarts.
Networking plans to change the image on switch 3 in bldg. 18 on the Harbor Branch Campus overnight. No down time is expected.
The WebLogic migration into Banner production FAUP has been rescheduled for Thursday, June 21, 2012 between 3:00AM – 7:00AM.
