The degraded performance issue affecting WebEx has been resolved
Currently, Webex is experiencing degraded performance that may prevent users from creating or joining meetings. This issue affects both the stand-alone and canvas implementations (aka MEETS for WebEx). WebEx engineers are aware and are current investigating the problem. OIT will monitor the situation and update the University community as the situation evolves.
The network has been restored at the Ft. Lauderdale campus.
Thank you

Cloud services have been restored, and at this time we do not anticipate any further disruptions
Restoration of the services did require restoring from a prior database backup for the site. You may need to re-publish MDR recordings made in the last 48 hours that are missing.
If you notice any missing lecture capture presentations please submit a ticket at: https://helpdesk.fau.edu/TDClient/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=4432
We apologize for the disruptions
The scheduled maintenance that began at 12:01AM last night resulted in performance issues in the environment. Some sites on the environment are currently offline. Engineers are investigating and restoring services as quickly as possible. We will send out another notice when the situation has been fully resolved and/or as more details become available.
