The connectivity issues between AT&T and FAU appear to be improving and FAU services should be generally available to users on AT&T internet connections at this time. We are still seeing small amounts of packet loss, however, affecting both AT&T and Comcast. These disruptions appear to be the result of several fiber cuts across south Florida causing congestion at ISPs.
AT&T Connectivity Issues to FAU
AT&T internet users are currently experiencing issues connecting to FAU. Other internet service providers that utilize AT&T connectivity may also be affected. As a result of these issues, some users will experience dropped traffic, slow-loading web pages, and other degradation of performance. We will provide an update when we have more information.
OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. Oct 26 from 12:01AM to 7:00AM
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 10/26/2023 from 12:01 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. [RESOLVED] Some MyFAU Modules may not load properly
The issue has been resolved and MyFAU is fully functioning at this time.

We are currently investigating why certain MyFAU modules may not properly load. If a part of the MyFAU page will not load properly, refreshing may resolve the issue.
