Mediasite will be updating Mediasite Video Cloud to the latest release during their scheduled maintenance window on February 24, between 12:01 AM and 4:00 AM CST. Extended downtime is not expected. However, our site may be unavailable for brief periods during this time.

Currently, recordings made in zoom and configured for import to Mediasite are not being imported. OIT is working with the vendor to investigate and remedy this issue.
Manual upload via My Mediasite is still available.
[Resolved] Mediasite-Canvas Integration Error
The issue with the Mediasite-Canvas Integration Error has been resolved. Links and catalogs are working as well as MyMediasite and the embed tool.

OIT and the vendor continue to work to mitigate this error. At this time Links and catalogs should be available in Canvas, however access to MyMediasite and the Embed tool are still reporting errors.

Users are experiencing a LTI error when trying to access Mediasite through Canvas. OIT is aware problem and is investigating the situation with the vendor. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Mandatory Zoom Client upgrade
Zoom has identified a vulnerability in Zoom Desktop Clients 5.15.0 (Windows/macOS), 5.15.1 (Windows), and certain other products (i.e., iOS, Android, Linux, Zoom Rooms, SDK) – primarily versions 5.15.0. Users on these versions will be prompted to update before they can join meetings and these versions will no longer be available for download.
