- Description: OIT will be disabling access to Otter.AI from the FAU Microsoft 365 environment on July 9th, 2025.

- End user impact: Users that had been using Otter.AI to take notes in teams meetings will need to utilize a different product or utilize the built-in features in teams.
Network Maintenance – All Campuses Saturday July 12th from 12:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m.
- Description: OIT will be performing network maintenance affecting all campuses from 12:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. on Saturday July 12th. During this time, all FAU campuses will experience short outages impacting connectivity to services and the internet.

This will prevent researchers, students, and employees from utilizing custom large language models based on the OwlChat WebUI service ([https://chat.hpc.fau.edu](https://chat.hpc.fau.edu)).

UPDATE: Single-Sign On Test Unavailable
