Zoom has resolved the cloud recording delays issue and is monitoring performance.
We have received reports of delayed cloud recording processing. Zoom is investigating this matter.
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 03/11/2021 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Affected services: All Remote phones, call center users, and Jabber Services
Expected End-user impact: All remote desk phones and Jabber clients will lose connection for about 30 seconds during the upgrade. After the upgrade is completed all clients should automatically re-register.

Cisco has completed it extended maintenance and recordings in WebEx are available again.
Due to extended maintenance, WebEx recordings are currently unavailable.
UPDATE: The issue has been resolved and users should be able to connect without issues now.

FAU is currently experiencing internet problems that may make it hard or slow to connect to systems and sites. It is being investigated and will post an update when we have more information.
The network maintenance scheduled for March the 4th has been completed.
