Description of change: The Undergraduate Admissions department has asked to run the scripts necessary to delete some workspace records

[2020-06-01 01:08 PM] The Non-Degree Admissions Application has returned to service. We are investigating the root cause of the issue but the application is again online.
[2020-06-01 11:30 AM] We have detected a problem with the Non-Degree Admissions Application. We are investigating the cause of the issue and will update this post as more information is discovered.
Sonic Foundry will be updating Mediasite Video Cloud to the latest release during the scheduled maintenance window on May 30, between 1:01AM and 5:00AM EDT. Extended downtime is not expected. However, Mediasite may be unavailable for brief periods during this time.

Description of change: OIT will be power cycling a server chassis to correct an issue.

Expected End-user impact: During this time, most of the affected services have redundant counterparts so end-user impact should be minimal. If you experience any issues accessing a particular service, please try again after the maintenance has been completed.

Description of change: Our document signing software (Docusign) is now setup for SSO and we will be forcing the switch from email/password logins to the SSO integration.
