University forms system at forms.fau.edu is currently experiencing technical difficulties. The problem is being addressed and will be updated once the service is back online. If you are attempting to fill out a form, please come back later and attempt the submission again.
We will begin the planned replacement of our Identity Management System at 4 AM tomorrow, March 11th.
During this period, services such as account provisioning, account changes, and password synchronization will be temporarily unavailable.
Authentication for existing accounts should not be affected and will continue to function as usual.
We will update you as soon as all services are fully restored.

March 3rd, 2026 @ 2:35PM: The issue affecting Google sign-ins has been resolved. Please contact the Help Desk at 561-297-3999 if you continue to have issues.
We are experiencing issues with the test virtual machine cluster. Currently no ETA for restoring this service.
After maintenance this morning, we have received reports of andi shared drives being unavailable. We are currently investigating.

We are attempting to restore services at this time.
OIT will be performing network maintenance affecting all campuses from 12:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. on Saturday January 31st. During this time, all campuses will experience short interruptions in connectivity to the Internet and to internal network-based services.
Update: The issue with SSOT has been resolved and services have been restored to full functionality.
We have identified a possible issue with Single-Sign On TEST (SSOT). We are actively working to identify the root cause and restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Update 01/26/26 20:24: We have identified the potential problem with all our transcript request services, and are working on resolving it. We appreciate your patience as we work through the problem.
Original Post: Our online transcript request service is currently not operational. We are currently working at solving the problem. We will provide more information as we investigate. Students will not be able to request a paper transcript, nor submit an electronic transcript request.
