Some users may get the following message when trying to login to an application:
If you close out your browser or retry, you will eventually get the login prompt, and be able to connect successfully.

OIT will be performing network maintenance affecting all campuses from 12:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. on Thursday December 19th. During this window, all campuses will experience brief interruptions in connectivity to the internet and to internal network-based services.
Papercut web printing from fauprint.fau.edu will be offline this Thursday morning, 12/5/24 between 5AM and 8AM while we perform maintenance on the system. This outage will not affect other methods of Papercut printing such as with the Papercut client or mapped printers in the computer labs.
Microsoft is currently experiencing issues worldwide. This affects Outlook and Teams apps, among others. Microsoft is working on the issue and will post updates when available.

Mediasite is aware of issues within the US Mediasite Video Cloud environment, and are working on a fix. Some users may experience slow results and timeouts from search based functions, including My Mediasite, Channels, and Showcase.
