[RESOLVED] Intermittent issues with accessing the online help desk ticketing system

We are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with our online help desk ticketing system. We have contacted the vendor and they are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible.

At this time, you may not be able to access the service catalog to submit a ticket/request. In addition, technicians may not be able to access their tickets.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
