[RESOLVED]Possible issues with connecting via Remote Desktop
This issue has been identified and resolved. You should now be able to remote desktop to your computer with your hostname.
At this time, we have had several reports of users unable to connect to their campus desktops via remote desktop.
We are currently investigating and will update with more information once available.

17:30 EDT – Users still having trouble viewing videos or accessing Mediasite will need to clear their browser cache: https://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache

11:39 EDT – We are aware of issues within the Mediasite Video Cloud environment, and are investigating. Users may experience playback issues, issues with live streaming, and inability to log into the Management Portal and other applications.
[RESOLVED]Office 365 email may be unavailable for some users
Microsoft resolved this issue by 2:40AM 4/21/20
Office 365 users may experience 500 errors when attempting to access their email via web access, Mobile, or email clients.
Microsoft is currently investigating.
We will provide updates as they are available.

This issue has been resolved.
At this time the WebEx authentication is unavailable. If you are not already logged into WebEx you will be unable to login.
We are working to resolve as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience.
[RESOLVED] Canvas LMS Currently Unavailable
Resolved: Canvas is now accessible.
Legacy issue: Canvas 503 Bad Gateway Error
Some users are experiencing a 503 Bad Gateway error when trying to access Canvas. Canvas has identified the issue and is working to resolve it.
