Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 09/09/2021 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Description of change: The electronic document storage system for Administrative Services known as Eprint is being upgraded and will be unavailable during the marked downtime.

Expected End-user impact: eprint will be unavailable during this period.

Description of change: OIT will be installing REDCap patches

Downtime window end 9/9/2021 2:00 AM
Affected services: REDCap
Expected End-user impact: Users will not be able to use REDCap during this time. Also since the time zone will be changing , scheduled tasks may need to be updated by the users depending on how they implemented the task.
